Due to the impact of Covid 19 on our stores, our response time to your request may be longer.
To support the Government efforts to protect us all and discourage non-essential travel, some of our stores are closed. As a result, our ability to respond to your request is severely affected.
We encourage you to resubmit your request when normal services are resumed.
Please be advised that should you require replacement glasses, you may not need your prescription at all. Please therefore telephone your store directly.
